Bastille Day

Traffic around Lincoln County may have made it feel like Parisians were storming the Bastille on the Fourth of July weekend, but the French celebrate Bastille Day on July 14. OCCC is situated in the perfect climate and surroundings for a favorite French Bastille Day tradition – a simple picnic. If you’ve got a break between summer classes, throw a baguette and some paté in a basket with some sparkling water and grapes, and head to a sunny beach or a shady overlook.
