REFINE AND ENHANCE YOUR BRAND

Do you feel your marketing efforts and advertising dollars are being wasted? How can you create a more consistent look and feel of your organization? Does a current or prospective customer see, hear, feel consistent messages from all their touch-points with your organization? This class will help evaluate your current look/feel/style and guide improvements based on the top criteria of successful branding. Participants will walk away with their own branding guidelines to share with their team and implement quickly. We will go far beyond your logo, colors or pitch to clearly define your branding elements to ensure a consistent and meaningful experience for your clientele.

Outcomes:
• Detailed understanding of what makes a strong brand
• Your own unique key branding elements will be defined including your business’ Promise, Approach/Tone, Values/Team Behavior, Virtues/Customer Experience, Visuals and Voice
• Branding guidelines/booklet to communicate and implement with your team
