NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD

This communication serves as the official Notice of Intent to Award a contract for OCCC’s Request for Proposal (RFQ) for Project Management/Owner’s Representative Services issued on August 7, 2024, and due September 9, 2024.

OCCC received proposals from nine (9) participants:

  • Andiamo Consulting
  • Baker Tilly
  • Hayes Project Management
  • HMK Company
  • Integrity Management Solutions, LLC
  • Klosh Group
  • Otak CPM
  • SOJ
  • Urban Resources, Inc.

OCCC intends to award the contract for Project Management/Owner’s Representative Services to Integrity Management Solutions, LLC, beginning November 1, 2024.

 

PROTESTS

This notice serves to begin the official 7-day protest period. Any affected party may protest this award by sending written notice to Oregon Coast Community College, Attn: Lori Templeman, at 400 SE College Way, Newport, Oregon 97366.  Protests must be received no later than 12:00 noon on October 9, 2024.

FORMAL CONTRACT AWARD

The OCCC Board of Directors will take action regarding award of the contract for Integrity Management Solutions, LLC at their regular Board Meeting on October 16, 2024 at 6:00pm at 400 SE College Way, Newport, Oregon 97366.
