Exit Counseling
If you are a student who has received subsidized, unsubsidized, or PLUS loans under the William D. Ford Direct Loan (Direct Loan) Program or the Federal Family Education Loan (FFEL) Program, you must complete exit counseling each time you:
drop below half-time enrollment
graduate; or
leave school.
Note: The FFEL program ended June 30, 2010, and no new loans have been made under the FFEL program after that date.
Students will receive an email notice to complete exit counseling online. If exit counseling is not completed in a timely manner, exit counseling materials will be sent via USPS to the students mailing address.
