A performance assessment is a formal process by which a supervisor meets with an employee to review effectiveness and to collaborate on setting goals and improving the employee experience.

    • Reviews are conducted through the Paylocity System. Log-In to Paylocity to view any upcoming information on your reviews.
    • Review CBA Article 12 – Evaluations, for additional information.
  • MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE REVIEW
    • Reviews are available in Paylocity at 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, and annually.
