The document is also available on the OCATT page, in its search for an Owner’s Representative/Project Manager. This role will oversee construction projects related to the College’s successful bond proposal, which was approved by voters in the May 2024 primary election.

The primary project under this initiative is the construction of the Oregon Coast Advanced Technology & Trades Center (OCATT). This state-of-the-art trades education facility will be built on the College’s Central County Campus in Newport, Oregon. The project also includes an array of renovation and modernization project informed, in part, by facilities assessments prepared in 2023.
