Deferred Compensation
Oregon Coast Community College offers employees the opportunity to participate in a variety of 403(b) deferred compensation plans.
Participation in these plans is strictly voluntary and at employee expense. Individual contributions may be made through payroll deduction.
The Board will approve all plans offered to employees.
